Aerogel Fireproof Coating for Steel Structures

Waterborne ultra-thin intumescent coating that forms an expanded char layer under fire while aerogel slows heat transfer to steel.

Aerogel Fireproof Coating for Steel Structures

Technical Overview

The intumescent layer expands under heat to create a protective char barrier, while aerogel contributes thermal resistance inside the coating matrix.

For international projects, final fire-resistance ratings are confirmed through project specifications, applicable local standards and supporting test documentation.

Designed for GB14907-2018 fireproof coating requirements. Fire-resistance ratings must be matched to project test reports.
